A guy hit my car while it was parked, we exchanged insurance, his company issued a $1500 check, and I was left not knowing how to proceed. I knew that there was no way that check would cover a rental and the repair. I contacted Eason‘s who explained the process. Once I agreed for them to do the work, they completely took over and handled everything with the insurance company, gave me updates throughout the process, made all the arrangements for my rental car, and did an excellent job repairing my car on time. I have dealt with other auto body repair companies before but Eason‘s seems like they know what it’s like to be the customer and removed all the stress and hassle from the process. Even the few items I had in my trunk had been neatly re-packed in a box when I picked up my car. And I was also surprised how neat their office, bathroom, and shop is. I could not be happier with the quality and efficiency of the service.

After calling many shop to get an estimate who choose Eason . Everyone there was great called us when they got the reservation through insurance company to make sure we where all right. Made sure are car rental company was there meet us. The called us during the week and have us updates. We also needed 2 new tires and even though it had nothing to do with the accident the owner called around got us a great deal and brought it there to be put on. When we picked up car it looked great!!! So if you want a company who does a great job and treats you great call Eason you will not be disappointed!
