Connecticut Limousine

I asked for a shuttle to take me back to my pickup spot from LGA at a certain time and was told that the shuttle would be there. When I landed, I found out that the shuttle had already left...thirty minutes before it was scheduled to leave. I was given a ticket and told to wait, but that I could call customer service to try for some sort of reimbursement. When I called (after finally finding the right number), I was interrupted so many times I could not even explain my problem. I was sent to another number, but they interrupted too and transferred me right back where I started without listening at all.

The crazier experience was getting the shuttle initially. The website was ridiculous to maneuver and all the phone numbers were either disconnected, busy, or kept me on hold for more than 20 minutes. Also, the pick up location on the website was different than what it actually was. When I paid for my round trip, I was not given a confirmation email or number or even a phone call the day of to let me know that someone was coming to get me. I had to call all the numbers multiple times, and then I finally called the hotel where they usually pick up and I found the correct number. The driver was crazy too...I've never traveled from CT to NY in so little time as I did that night. I guess I can see that as a perk.

I actually would have been able to forgive all this wild stuff if I had been given proper customer service...even if there was nothing they could have done, if someone would have taken a moment to listen to me I would have probably used this service again. As it is, Connecticut Limo will now only be a last resort for me for future travels.
