Mr.Suslensky was my RE attorney when I was purchasing my first two co-ops. He did not tell me that on one of them the flip tax was 50%, and in the other one there was a leak in kitchen shortly before closing and he didn't tell me to do a walk-thru - all that because he wanted to get his closing fees, and his dishonesty ended up costing me tens of thousands of dollars.

11yrs later - an update:
Just went to another closing attorney, brought the my closing folder that Suslensky did for me - turns out, Suslensky also tried to make me purchase a very expensive and completely unnecessary insurance, and never gave me my offering plan and proprietary lease.
I also remember he was telling me something about cheating the banks a little - I, clearly, was very clueless back then (it was my first purchase ever), whatever he did - I don't even know what it was.
