        Louie and Chan offers genuine Italian cuisine. What does this mean? The buffalo mozzarella arrives every Thursday fresh from Italy. There is no freezer in the house, the sauces are minute made in the pan when orders are being placed. The wood-fired pizza oven reveals Neapolitan inspired pizzas as well as made to order fresh foccacia bread to accompany salads and appetizers. Every day, you can enjoy 'Aperitivo" from 5pm to 7pm where you enjoy a complimentary small bite from Chef Pasquale with each spirit you order.
