Traded our 10 yr old Nissan Frontier in on a 2017 Rogue. Sales Consultant Kristina Krough was a delight to work with. They worked hard to come up with a deal we would be happy with. Although it was a long morning we were very happy with the experience. My husband uses a rollator to get around. Other than the doors being heavy he had access to the building, the restrooms and the coffee maker with no problem. We drove home with our new Rogue and would recommend their dealership to others.

Miss quoted the price, admitted to it then did nothing to correct it. Did work that was not asked for then tried to charge me. Put wrong pricing on invoice and told me I would have to pay the full price than call the next day to get the money put back on my credit card, when I called back they said they would have to send a check. This is my last Chevrolet, terrible service from the SERVICE Dept.

Be careful with the service department

I have taken my Nissan pickup here for service twice. Both times have resulted in extra costs to repair the damage and have wasted my time. In the first instance, they allegedly could not find a leak in the A/C system, but after 3 trips and several hundred dollars at this dealer, my local independant guy found it in 30 seconds. (Porter even stocks the part, which is obscure, b/c it's a common problem with this engine.) In the second case, they changed the transmission fluid on the manual transmission in my truck, but allegedly forgot to put in new fluid. Result? A transmission that is noisy and will have to be replaced. Upshot? Take your car here at your own risk, and don't say you weren't warned.
