Puz's Body Shop

People don't per se intend on getting into vehicle collisions and bringing their cars to a body shop for repair. This process takes a toll on people even if no one was hurt. I brought my car to Puz's for repair as this body shop was on the approved list provided by my insurance company. Fran was very courteous and professional. Although the appointment for my car was scheduled for 10 days later, it was well worth the wait. My car was repaired well within the estimated time and the cherry on top...they detailed my car inside and out for free. I was thrilled enough with this one detailing as the car was filthy (toddler mom!), so I was planning on taking it for detailing later this week. To top this treat off, Fran put my car on their lifetime detailing club where I can take it in for detailing every three months for the life of the car! I am stoked! They gained a lifelong customer. Hopefully I don't get into another collision! #fingerscrossed

Happy with my experience from getting the estimate to explaining the work being done and getting me into a rental car. The repair turned out great.

Was referred to Puz's from a friend who's family has been dealing with them for 37 years. Had to wait a month before I could drop my truck off due to them being a busy shop. Was worth the wait because I was very pleased with the quality of work. Did great job blending new paint.

Was very disappointed in the place, had my truck repaired, which I am the only owner of and had zero accodents and I stressed the fact the truck was t boned and the roof was rippled, they just ran me for my money, the did the repair half ass, saw some dings and dents that weren't there before, roof looked worse then it was when I gave it to them when I asked him about it , he said what do you expect for a truck with almost 100,000 miles on it, had no clue the age had to do with the quality of work you put out I suggest you go to a dealer ship or a body shop that's sponsored by your insurance company frans quality of work is way below average

First time I ever got into an accident and I was referred to Puz's from a friend. I really appreciate how the manager took the time to explain the insurance process and renting a car was very easy. I was very happy with the work.

Had a lot of damage to my suv and Puz's couldn't put me on their schedule for another 2 weeks. Very happy that I decided to wait the 2 weeks and have them do the body work. Great work and Fran the manager was very professional. Thank You Puz's Auto Body, I will be back.

I picked this particular body shop because my grandfather always brought his vehicles here, so did my mom and brother but this past month all I got was was horrible service this place was terrible , they definatly took my insurance check as a big paycheck and gave out shitty work,
My truck was t boned and the entire truck was tweaked roof had a bubble, entire passenger side had to be redone, and when I got it back I found ding and dents where there was never was before, my roof was untouched had to take it back 3 times after they had my truck for 8 weeks
looks like somebody stood on my roof while fixing it, came back worse condition then it was before,
truck was never wrecked before this accident and all Fran had to say was what do you expect your truck has 100,000 miles on it, I didn't know the age of the truck depended on the quality of work, horrible job don't bring nothing here after $8,500 worth of work, when I went to take it back a 4th time due to my roof which now didn't just a big bubble in it not it has 2 noticeable dents and 2 smaller ripples in it, it really looks noticeably worse, I have before and after pictures I'm waiting for insurgence to send them I will eventually post, that shows the ridiculous job that they did

My car had a lot of damage and I was worried how it would turn out. The manager was very friendly and was great at explaining everything to me. My car turned out GREAT and you would never know it was in an accident. Puz's has been in business for over 30 years and I would use them again.

I had to wait 1wk. for appt. for estimate with Fran. + was told they couldn't fix it for 1 month. This arrogant little stump stands 4 ft behind writing nothing so I point out the damage I can see that I want fixed. OK until worried that he hasn't looked under the car I say the muffler is bent. He says it isn't bent. How can he say that without looking? I tell him I know that he is wrong because I had already looked under and could see the bend and the crushed heat shield. Fran launches into a heated speech about how he is the expert and I can't tell him how to do his job. I guess his job is to send customers home with bent exhaust so he can save the insurance co. the $1200 replacement cost. This shop doesn't care about customers. They have the attitude that you are lucky if they want to fix your car. Avoid this putz at all cost.

I was in a major accident having thousands of $ of damage. I gave my car to puzs and the workmanship and quality was amazing. may car was just like I just bought it. I highly recommend getting all your body work done here. you will not be disappointed!

I had my accident damaged Volvo XC90 repaired by them. They used only Volvo Parts and the paint turned out perfect. Francis was very polite and patient. He communicated very well and took ownership of his work. He addressed all my last minute concerns, and I accepted nothing other than perfect. Got my suv on the road quickly. He dealt with insurance company. I am very satisfied. If I have any more issues like this one, I will take my vehicle to Puz's. They also do good car detailing, they detailed my suv really well. When it gets out of control, take it to Puz's.

I've used Puz's 4 times. 1 was for an insurance claim and 3 were for repairs that I didn't file a claim for. For the accident with a claim, they dealt directly with my insurance company, Nationwide, and there were no problems whatsoever. The work was done right and by the promise date and time. The other times I had repairs done (my wife likes to bang into things) I did not file a claim and paid for the work out of pocket using my credit card. One of the repairs included a significant repair to the sliding door on a minivan that was bent up pretty badly. In each of these cases Franny looked over my car and provided me a written estimate which I found to be very reasonable. I've recommended these guys to my neighbor, who is VERY particular, and he found them to be just as good as I did.

A friend of mine highly recommended this body shop that his family has been using for many years and never had a problem. I was very happy with the work and the owner was nice and professional. I would bring my car back to Puz's.

I barely backed into a car that went to Puz auto body to be repaired. They took State Farm to the cleaners. At best car was worth $2,000.00 damages had to be under $1,000.00. State Farm paid them over $3,000.00. I complained to State Farm and they said they looked into it and that they are a certified repair shop for them. So I guess you can use this review how you want. If you are using them to fix your car on another companies insurance. Use them they will take the other company for the max. On the other hand I would be very hesitant to spend my or knowing spend my insurance companies money there. I would question their ethics...at your own risk. And Yes I am getting rid of State Farm for having them or their inspector look in to the matter better.

I know I will never take my cars to this body shop again. Had to take my daughters car back 4 time to get it right. One time with a Statefarm Inspector and they still did not get the car right. It took over two months to repair rhe right quarter panel. They put a reconditioned taillight on the vehicle that was cracked and they glued it to fix it. They did not have any of the parts lined up on the car. It came out of the shop with more problems than it went in with.And also the don't tell the owner Fran that their is a problem with their work because he will give you the biggest attitude ever.I had to tell him 5 times what was wrong along with the inspectors list what was wrong and he still got it wrong and then told me I didn't tell him there was a problem.
