Bay Custom Auto

I dropped off my van to have my bumper fixed. My back up phone was in my glove department. My van was in the shop for 5/6 days. When I came to pick up my van I went to get my 2nd phone out and discovered it was gone. I brought this to the managers attention who did not seemed bothered by it at all. Noted that my phone was missing to my account. Don't trust these people. Bumper looked ok till I got home and they made my previous paint chip from where they attached the bumper back.

I will refer Bay Custom Auto to anybody who wants a job done right. They were very quick and extremely professional. I had a great experience with Dwight.

This shop SUCKS!!! They act like they care about you and your car and any special requests that you ask, then give you a big run around everytime you call. I will never suggest them to anyone ever and will never bring my car back here again. If you know nothing about cars they will take advange of every time.

I brought my Nissan in for a bumper repair and the shop did a wonderful job. The staff was very polite and the repairs exceeded my expectations.

Shop had the best price and gave me a free rental car while mine was in the shop. Jennifer was very helpful!

this has been the worst service I have ever had at any auto shop. These guys will rip you off in a minute. Took car in monday - they said car would be looked at that day - never got call so I called - manager said she forgot about me... never looked at car - got estimate originally of 60 dollars - then it went to 120 and then to 236. finally told her I wanted it in writing - she says no problem. kept car additional day - still did no work. I then get call at close of business telling me they weren't going to do the work until I gave them another $50 for part. Sorry - but when the estimate says the part is 180 how do you get the part in and tell me it went up another 50. Still have no car - car is not fixed and original estimate went from 60 to 300 - oh did I forget to mention this is just to get a window fixed????!!!! I called and said I wanted to pick up car and take somewhere else and even though it they kept my car 5 days with no work and my window is still busted they are still going to charge me $60 for labor - BE WARNED - DON"T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE _ THEY ARE INCOMPETANT - CAN't DO A SIMPLE ESTIMATE FOR A WINDOW - GOD FORBID THEY ACTUALLY DO ANY WORK ON YOUR CAR - I would give these people a quarter of a star, but can't do that - so I gave as low as I could. And they are RUDE !!!
