        I purchased a part for my AC unit, I just couldn't get it to work, a technician on his way out stop by my house showed me what I did wrong in less then five minutes. GREATLY APPRECIATED

        Friendly staff that guided me through repairing a very old washing machine. Military discount offered. They were able to diagnose the problem right over the phone and saved me over $50 from just a service visit. Very grateful I found them.

        Blue Crab Appliance is a company you can trust! Dave Gillespie, owner, came to my house today ( Sunday) to replace my hot water heater. It has had 3 elements (installed by someone else) since Christmas Eve. I realized it was time for replacement so I called around and was referred by a friend to Mr. Gillespie. On his only day off he came to northern Gloucester and replaced my hot water heater! You'll not find a more personal, experienced and reasonable man - I will ALWAYS call Blue Crab Appliance for all my appliance needs! Many thanks, Mr. Gillespie!

        This is a company you want to do business with. Dave the owner of Blue Crab Appliance and his associate, provided us with exceptional service on Thanksgiving eve, they even opened the store for us on Thanksgiving day to ensure we had an oven that would work so that we could cook our Thanksgiving meal for our family! This is a company with real hometown values.....Thank you so much Dave!
