Great facility. Never any problems. This facility is in clear view of the highway & protected by fencing & cameras. In very good range with Newton Police Department. Very nice & curtious employees. Prices are good. Location is spot on.

The manager that works here is extremely nice, however, the owners are extremely unfair. Our payment was not accepted due to husband received new debit card - we understood that was our fault and he took the new card for them to enter for the next month's draft. The next month, our payment was again rejected - found out our correct debit card # was not entered. Made a call and made sure they were using the correct card that we had provided the month before. They still charged us a $15 per unit late fee, even though it was not our fault the payment was rejected. And it's impossible to get in contact with the owner/owners, because we tried last month. I plan to remove our items as soon as possible.
