We called, and Deb reassured us that while they were quite busy with a line up of cars awaiting service and repair, we could bring our car over and they would get to work on the diagnosis the next morning. The local dealerships were so backed up we would have to wait 6 weeks for them to even take a look. So, we brought our 2013 Ford Escape to the shop on Hw 291 in Nine Mile.
