Transtar

I am SO mad with transtar. I went in to pick up an order for my husband, should've cost us $9 (no, he didn't tell me the price it would've been but to charge it to the card on file). When he got home from work, I gave him the invoice showing we paid $33! I called the next day - really nice about it. I explained the situation and asked for a better understanding on the charges. The invoice actually showed $21.25, but my bank showed $33. They shipped one of the items directly to our house without telling me about the fees but shipping fees. The lady was EXTREMELY rude and super snoby! I wish we never have to shop there again but unfortunately thats the only transmission parts around us. I am so surprised that a great company has very rude ladies handling these situations. Extremely unprofessional. It would've been different had she explained the fees to me prior to ordering it. Even worse, on the phone she said "maam, that was me you dealt with yesterday. If you recall I DID tell you... " blah blah blah. She didn't even once mention it to me. Terrible customer service. I will refuse to go there for my husband again after that situation.
