I was first introduced to Wills about 3 years ago by my ins co who used them to replace the top on my convertible they did an excellenj, a litte over sa year ago I was having problems with the top reclining all the way back so I took it to the dealer and the said it was the straps and it would cost over 200 to fix so I called the ins co to see who they used and they told me Wills so I called him and he said 50 hr also fixed my leather seat that was worn from getting in and out of my car and still charged me less than what the dealer was gone charge me for just the straps and that was well over a year ago!! So the warranty is over and they needed to be replaced again, but being such an awesome person me replaced them for free and my car was ready to ne picked up the next day, thank you so much for you attention to details, excellent work and pleasant personality and great customer service I would reccomend you highly

Friendly staff - yes, afforadable - same price as other shops, attention to detail - NO. My car has been there a week and a half. I've been there three times for delivery and each time I find something wrong on the top installation. Starting to worry about long term issues.
