Searched google for dodge dealers in oklahoma, I saw how high they rated with other customers like me and thought I would give them a shot, well I was very happy I did. The people there are really first class and i will tell everyone I know about them. Great deal, Great service, Great Oklahoma people.

I called this dealer 6 different times to try to get information on an automobile at their lot. I live quite a distance and had explained this to them but that I was seriously interested in the vehicle. Time and time again I would get the statement of "I don't have that information in front of me but I can go get it for you. Let me call you back in about 5 minutes."



I was never called back. Not once.



With my last attempt I dealt with a woman named Mary Peterson. She seemed nice enough but it was the same old song and dance. After twice of not calling me back after promising to do so with some information I simply gave up.



I will never shop here and I will certainly clear anyone that asks away from here as well.



If their sales crew is this incompetent and rude it makes you wonder how the mechanics are.

Before buying our vehicle from these people for $6000 CASH, the salesman said it has a 90 day bump-to-bumper/3000 mile warranty on it, even though we signed paperwork stating is was "as is", which by the way they NEVER gave us! Two days after getting it home, it stranded the kids and I for almost 1/2 an hour in the cold and rain. The ignition would not turn at all. And, all of the power doors started acting up by not working 1/2 of the time. I called our salesman, who told me to bring it into the service department so they could fix it. When I dropped it off at the service department, I was told that the warranty only covered the engine and transmission. My salesman was out to lunch, so I left it there and spoke to our salesman later. He confirmed that yes it does have a bumper-to-bumper warranty, and he said he would get with his sales MGR and call me back. I heard nothing back that day. The next day, we waited until 3:00 in the afternoon before calling back, and this time we are told our salesman had the day off. So, we got his MGR on the phone, who told us that they would not honor what the salesman verbally told us. And, then he told me he would diagnose the problem, and if it was too expensive he would not fix it but that he would either give us a refund or trade it for something comparable. I handed the phone off to my husband so he could explain that to him, at which point he talked very ugly about me to my husband (basically he complained that I was waisting his precious time). He explained to my husband what he told me, so my husband told him to go ahead and diagnose the problem. Day THREE, it is now 2:30 in the afternoon, and again we have not heard anything back!! So, my husband calls them and the same MGR (His name is ZACK) tells my husband that he is not going to diagnose the problem because it was bought as is. My husband says, "ok." and then Zack hangs up the phone. WHAT A PLEASANT AND HONEST MAN.....NOT!



Please...please...please...save yourself heartache, money, and time by NOT buying from these liars!!!!!!!!!!!!
