Great group of people to work with - very nice. I had a very good buying experience, test drove the car i was looking for and it met all of my expectations. I spoke with Joe, salesman a few times on the phone prior to visiting the facility. Joe was very polite and helpful. The car he described to me on the phone was exactly on point. The owners were extremely helpful in getting the deal closed and getting me into the car. Nick was very honest (man who closed the deal with man), with NO Hidden Fees. The price was the price.... Many other dealers have expensive fees they do not tell you about until your ready to sign... I would highly recommend New Concept to all!

Went to NCI because I heard nothing but good things about the repair shop. Im pretty skeptical about auto repair shops because I've been mislead in the past, so I did some research on this one. I originally went for an oil change and a few small fixes and they were more thorough than any other shop that I have been to. Because of my skepticism (in general) I appreciated that the issues were explained to me and the need for repair was clearly demonstrated with my part vs. the new part. No doubt everything was necessary and their diligence saved me money on future problems and improved my gas mileage. For all the work I got done, I was relieved when I saw the bill and my car was done in the amount of time I've waited for just an oil change at other places. They go the extra mile that makes a business stand out, and I finally found a shop that I trust and will continue to go to.

We had a very good buying experience, we test drove two cars. It was something wrong with the first car by the time we came back with the second one it was being repaired. So we bought the first one :-) the sales team were very polite and helpful.
