        Overall

        I took my car in for repairs , recommended by my insurance provider. I was told the repairs would take 9 days, that turned into 21 days. They did not do a through inspection of the damage, so after I had picked up my car, I had an oil change and tire rotation by another dealer, and found out that my car needed an alignment, which they should have included in the repairs. I revisited them and was told that they would contact my insurance provider and would get back to me. NEVER happened. I will never go back to Fender Menders again.

        Stay Away for this place bad news. Inexperianced and incopitant. They do not know what they are doing, they lied to me a number of times.
