Happy Ours Bar and Grill

I have never been more mortified I took one of my employees there after work to reward him he ordered wings it must have been a special night for wings I dont know he asked for a box and they told him no so he said to me I cant take these home she wont give me a box well I had ordered about $60.00 take out and my bill was $139.00 total including take out- so I combined two of my things and gave him my box the man had three wings left- the bartender came up and started screaming at us that we cant do that and are we that desperate adn nasty that we need to steal- so that I said I will pay the difference so he can take em home I am a business owner myself and dont want to cheat anyone- she told me no never mind get the f out of my bar and dont come back shes the owner and doesnt want us there anymore . Mind you this is the first I have ever seen her and we spen between $200-- $3300 a week there. The worst customer service I have ever had! Turns out this was the owners girlfriend who I have never seen before. I will never go back again!!!

Terrible and very embarrassing since I had plenty of money to pay for a whole extra order of wings or two or twenty!! Never again a bunch of drunk owners that are nasty!!

I started going when it was Steve's Place. I've been in Charleston 29 years searching for a decent wing place. Found it, finally! Had the best server, Tracy, who made a killer marguerita. Even through the change of ownership, these guys still make the best wings I've ever eaten. Tracy's gone and no one can duplicate her marguerita, but I keep going just for the wings!!!

I love love this place. I first visited when it was Steve's place. Gotta say i like it more now with the new owners. It was our every Saturday hang out til I got pregnant. I still order wings from them all the time. Staff is great and food is awesome. Can't wait to go back for a good time when i finally can!

I have been an employee here before the new owners. Let me say that the new owners cleaned the bar up and kept all the employees. There has been some instances where an employee has been wrong and my boss (the owner) has had to put an employee in their place but that was in a customers defence. I know I try to give my customers a welcoming family experince as well as my co-workers so I disagree with the previous post. By the way we do have the best wings in Charleston!

Some of the best wings in Charleston....can't ever go wrong with the Creamy Cajun wings...mood and atmosphere changes by the hour....overall a good place to enjoy Food and Spirits with friends.

The place is slacking since the new people took over. There one girl that takes forever to bring you you drinks and its not even that busy. I've been there where the owners have gotten drunk and talk down to there employees and cause a big seen. The place is nothing but drama. And it use to have a bunch of people there now its a ghost house. I really wish it would go back to the way it was when it was fun to go there. Oh well I guess ill go to the bar across from it called Rehab. Much better and a hell of a lot less drama.

What can I say? The place looks like they are doing a complete makeover !! The bathrooms look great and everything is looking so much cleaner. The food is good and prices are good too. I loved it!!
