Against my better judgement I purchased 4 "great condition" tires from this shop after speaking with the owner about my needs. After purchase car was vibrating heavily. I inspected the tires and found 2 huge bubbles in right rear and one bubble in left front. Called and went back to have replaced. Replaced back rear (worse condition of the two) and told me front tire wasn't that bad should be ok. After leaving car still vibrating heavily. Took to Goodyear shop and front two tires were put on the car and not balanced and mounted correctly. Goodyear also informed me that any bubble in your tire is dangerous and I should not have been sold those tires. Also found out there was a huge bubble in my left rear tire. Paid Goodyear to balance tires. Went back to shop and requested them take all the tires back and give me a refund (at this point there were 3 of the 4 tires I purchased with issues. The owner would not refund my money and tried to accuse me of hitting pot holes causing the bubbles in my tires (note this was in the course of 200 miles since purchase). He then went to replace the two and tried to put another tire on my car with bubbles that I spotted and pointed out. That left one good tire that he replaced my back left with stating to "come back and he would have another to replace the front with soon". I live in Charlottesville and this is not an around the corner trip for me. What if one of those tires had blown at high speed with my children in the car? I trusted this shop with what he told me I was getting when I purchased to find out that I received dangerously bad tires and a $75 bill to fix what they didn't do correctly during installation. Along with the attitude from the owner about fixing the issues I would not recommend this shop to any looking for new or used tires.

I purchased two tires over a month ago one of tire blowed out on 150 INTERSTATE. Good thing I was not in the fast lane doing over the speed limited. I made had been in a bad accident. I'm going back to them and see if I can get another tire at no cost or less than what I paid for the tire. I will keep you inform on what happen. I went back to get tire replaced and found out that I had a nail in the tire. The (SM)serviceman showed me another tire and said that it was good tire. I noticed that the tire had a nail and showed the serviceman and he said "the tire was okay" and " I'll be okay with the tire. I told the serviceman Why would I put another tire with a NAIL on my car when I brought the old tire here that had a NAIL. I asked the SM would he put this tire on his car he said "YES". I said " Would you drive your loveones with this tire... SM said YES AGAIN. I would not buy a tire(S) from this business or recommend any one to this business. PS: I had to paid $40.00 for another tire. If was not the shop fault or was it. If they would recommend a tire with a nail (MAYBE the intitial tire had a nail too. I can not prove it. Overrall, the SM was not helpful and unpleasant...

I stopped here to purchase some nice used tires for my Jeep. I was the only person when I first pulled up (a truck pullled up sometime after I'd been sitting there already) and it took them over an hour to get me on the road again. Now, two days later, one of the tires they tried to overcharge me for (I negotiated them from $80 down to $75) wont stay inflated. I am very frustrated bc I didnt expect to have a flat tire at 11pm on a night where its got 4inches of snow on the ground and put a spare on when i just forked out $80 for tires mere days before!!! I am off tomorrow and will be going up there for a new tire and at least half my money back. Depending on how they handle the situation I may come back and change my review but right now I'm so annoyed with this company...
