Women's Health Physical Therapy

I was a patient for several weeks to help me overcome severe hip, tailbone and neck pains. While there I was given more education on pelvic floor and core issues than I ever learned in over 20 years of trying to find ways to improve my health. The massages were so very helpful and the exercises they taught me helped immeasurably. I was able to overcome much of my pain and the added benefit was to strengthen my bladder and pelvic floor, ease constipation and gain energy and confidence. Highly recommend these ladies to anyone who is pregnant, has had a child, wants to fine tune their health, or just wants to receive some pampering. They will find a fount of information and relief.
