Colonial Transmission

If there was a way to rate this business as zero or negative, I would. Bought a transmission off of craigslist from this crook Phillip and of course it was faulty. I am in school for auto mechanics so I know when something doesn't sound or look right. Put it on my truck and it ran fine for the first week. After the first week, it would no longer move out of first gear. I have given ample time (since May 9th 2014) for this crook to contact me and give me my money back, I've even taken it back to him for repair, recieved it back only to find it had been painted and not repaired at all. It was promised a 36000 mile warranty, which was not recieved. I have been to his shop several times, only to recieve no money back and a continued faulty product. One time I ended up wrecking a car because of the rain trying to get to his shop for repair. No sympathy or damages were paid by him. Constant excuses saying he was in the hospital or he was sick and unable to meet with my money back. End result: we are looking at lawyers now to sue. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy from this crook.
