Platinum Car Wash & Detail

The staff is OK, management is poor. It was extremely difficult to connect with management. Employees answering the phone said management was not on site and my calls were never returned. I wrote 3 letters to PCW, only one of which was answered and the response was that I would hear PCW's decision in 7 to 10 business days. PCW then failed to communicate and refused to schedule a manager to meet with me in person at the business location. So, as far as being able to communicate with management when a problem arises, the warning is "caveat emptor".
