Quick Quack Car Wash

May 17-19,2012. Took my car through the car wash once. Top of the car was dirty when I arrived home. Took it back the same day for a rewash. Car remained the same, unclean on the top. Ask for money back & employee stated they could not refund any money. Called their corporate office, they in turn called the manager of this Quick Quack on Watt Ave. in No. Highlands, CA. Made an appt. for 2 days later with him to take car in & either get it cleaned or a refund. On the third try the car finally is semi-clean. Paid for their $7.99 car wash. Business did not seem to concerned about losing customers. This one will not return. Might be a good idea for them to fix the machinery so it works correctly.
