Horrible service dept. with the worst customer service I have ever seen from any service related business. I bought my RV from the Pomona show and brought it to Niels for warranty service. After showing service adviser Scott problem with RV he later told me he couldn't find cause of problem. He also said if I didn't like that answer to bring RV back to selling dealer in CORONA, an 1 1/2 hour drive!! 2 months later another problem came up with A/C. Now they tell me they won't work on RV at all because I didn't buy it from them. Staff at Niels was rude and completely incompetent. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!
