Hollywood Stars Car Wash

The WORST!!!! 3 Times I tried getting my seats cleaned and they failed. 1st time, i left for 2 hours and came back & they washed everything but the seats. 2nd time, I left AGAIN for 2 hours and the shampoo machine was broken so they gave me a voucher. My schedule is insane and i dont have time for runarounds. Needless to say my voucher got misplaced as I was unable to return for another 2 weeks. I came back a 3rd time and REGARDLESS of them acknowledging I paid for the seats being cleaned and did not recieve the service, they said they could not honor it without the voucher. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM GOING THERE.

Went here for the first time and I'll never come back. I got this Steve Mcqueen the guy said that it was their best one and I also got the head light restored. When I got my car it was not 100% clean

outside and inside. I had to clean the spots and I had to have the guy cleaned the bottom part of my truck because there were still dirt undernet. Inside the truck there was dirt where it was not there before. They didn't even spray any air freshener inside.

I've been coming here for along time I've seen at least three different owners as I've seen quality decline, today I had them wash my truck twice they washed it the first time and left it on the sun for almost 20 minutes full of water marks. Two weeks ago I brought a car for detailing after paying 160 dollars all I got was armor all over the tires and interior but everything else was the same. No more coming here for me I've had enough.l
