Gary's Auto Body West

Seven weeks ago I had a pretty bad front end accident/collision. The cost to my insurance co. was over $7,500. I was directed to Gary's Auto Body by the towing company that I used. I lease a 2017 coral brown Hyundai Sonata. While the car took longer than expected to be completed the work was done professionally and completely. The color match was perfect to the undamaged part of the car..The entire front end looked as good as it did prior to the accident. The car drove like new with perfect front end alignment. The car was washed and totally cleaned prior to the day I picked up the car. The manager Randy was professional with a no non-sense attitude. The receptionist Alina was always more than willing to help each time I called. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone that needs work on their car..

I can not say enough good things about this place! I smacked into a 2013 Mercedes Benz when he stopped short in front of me, and so I referred the person here for repairs. I was familiar with the shop some years prior and after today will not do business anywhere else. Friendly, family run, fair with the price and moral! You can not ask for a better combination when looking for a place to take your business :) I'd give 10 stars if I could!

MY ADVISE TO THE CONSUMER IS DONT USE THIS SHOP,THEY LIE,DO LOUSY WORK,THEY DONT KEEP THE SCHEDULE THEY PROMISE.THEY ARE FULL OF SHIT,DOMINIC VENO MANAGER SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING THIS SHOP....THE ONLY REASON I WENT THERE IS BECAUSE ITS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO MY HOME.NOT HAPPY AT ALL,CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION....
