        Overall

        They have refused to send me a printed copy of my closing documents, even though I told them that I don't have a printer. I have contacted them seven times. They claim that they tried, but the post office said the mail was undeliverable. They were able to send them to me when they needed my signature. All anyone has to do is google my address to know that I am a valid postal customer.
