        Whoever is answering the phone!!!!!

        The food is good I also understand helping family out with a job but if they have no experience in customer service and a problem comprehending the English language they SHOULD NOT be answering the phone taking pertinent info in someone receiving the proper order and it making it to your address in a timely fashion for that u get 1 star!!!!
