BEWARE of what day that you go. Went on New Years Day as a preventative measure to protect others - checking to see if I had flu. I did not see that signs (Supposedly everywhere) and was NOT told that they were only doing Emergency Care that day until after the incompetent girl behind the desk ran my credit card for $150. I had NOT been seen by the nurse or doctor. I declined services at that time and was told that she could not give me a credit because she did not know how to run a credit. She then told me that 'Sandy' would credit me the next day for the difference of Urgent Care, which was $40 and that I could go ahead and be seen. Even the nurse said that I could decline services. But being reassured that I would get a credit, I proceeded to be seen. Well it is the 8th of January and the lovely Jack (Poor customer services skills) just informed me that they could not credit me. I would have gladly come back the next day to save $110 freaking dollars.
Get your story straight PEOPLE!! The front desk, nurse, Sandy and Jack are giving this place a bad name.
Can't wait to see if I get any additional bills.

Great doctors and nurses! They called to check on my mom a few times. So caring. I would highly recommend them.

I received great care from Dr. Prickett. He explained everything fully and made sure I understood and was comfortable with the care I received. All the staff was friendly, professional and tried to put my mind at ease as I waited for test results. While I hope I don't have to return to the ER due to another episode, if the need should arise I would return to E-care Emergency Center without hesitation.

Will do all that they can do deceitfully admit you to the ER, rather than the urgent care clinic. This causes your owed amount to multiply dramatically. They will tell you that you are in network, but then, after the fact, tell you that you were only in network for the clinic, not the ER, or vice versa. Do not come here unless you are about to die. A flu can cost $1000 plus. Stay Away!!!

Dont go here unless you are about to die. They will charge you $1000+ to treat a cold and give you meds. This is not care now!
