They flat-out lied about the car to make a sale. I put down a $2000 down payment and then realized they lied so I took the car back. I had the car for a couple of days. They returned less than half of the down payment and they took my copy of the bill of sale back. I, then, realized that I needed to keep my copy so I went back to get it and they claimed they had shredded it because they claimed the sale no longer counts. That is tax fraud! You'd be much better of going to a reputable dealership.

Was purchasing a vehicle, and made an offer that was verbally agreed upon. They began writing up paperwork. They asked me to come back the next day when they had time to finalize testing for safety and emission. When returning the next day, the contract written up shower a price higher than the day before. They told me yah the price from the day before wasn't correct and they would want more money. Needless to say, I walked.



-Office was dirty and unprofessional.

-Workers lacked communication skills.

-Didn't prioritize the transaction, and worked on other things while dealing with me.

I bought my 2004 infinity g35x there I love my car they were completly honest the history of the car they gave me a carfax report when I asked I love my car I will recommend this place to all my friends.

This place was not very good... Their cars are pretty over priced for being salvaged titles. I was interested in one car and I took it to a trusted mechanic and found that there were several things that would cost some money to repair. They were great people, but their cars were not very good. They also were not willing to negotiate a more reasonable price that I though was fair for both parties.

My experience there was not very good. First, I was asking about a car I was interested in which looked very nice from the outside, however I knew that their cars are all salvaged titles so I asked about the carfax. They told me that they "couldn't find them". I brushed it off and test drove the car. I came back several times to ask for the carfax and same story each time. So I finally asked for the cars VIN. Come to find out, the vin number was invalid... So I just decided to take my business somewhere else where I could know what car I was looking into buying. I would not recommend this place. Also, their cars are a little overpriced for being salvaged titles and being in the conditions that they are in...
