Great customer service. The estimate was fast and efficient, and he clearly pointed out what needed to be done, and briefly explained how it can be done. I went to 3 other body shops, and came back to Will because I felt he provided a reasonable quote and good explanation. I may not know much about cars, but if someone takes the time to explain it to me in a clear way, I appreciate that. I can better understand your approach in fixing my car to earn my trust.

I had a great experience at this body shop. Very friendly, reasonable and they fixed my car for less than half of what the other shops wanted for the same work. They also gave me some touch up pain to take with me. I will definitely be back.

This is the only place I will ever take my car for body work in the city again. They do a great job for a very reasonable price. Plus,He is usually there to work things out with you directly. Definitely recommend.

These guys really know how to match paint!!! If you need a smooth job, bring your car over here! My bumper looks like factory new again. Can't tell it was repainted at all.

After dealing with the headaches of an auto accident, the last thing I needed was another headache from getting the place where I got my car fixed! I thankfully was referred to Kar Kraft by my friend Ralph. They fixed and returned my car back to me within 5 days and Im back in business baby!!!
