This man... Joe Roth will lie to you, scam you, and treat you like you work for him. He avoids talking to you and doesn't do the work he claims he's doing. He's unorganized and not a businessman whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. I unfortunately wasted thousands of dollars and over a year of time trying to fix a problem that he couldn't seem to figure out. My check engine light is still on and he doesn't like to be called out on his lies. BEWARE of this business. How do people like this sleep at night? Oh and all the parts he did work on squeak or don't work properly.... every single one. Consider yourself warned.

While renting some Uhaul equipment, I was asked to provide a credit card for a deposit, saying that I actually pay when I bring the equipment back. 2 hours later, when I was returning the equipment, the owner informs me that they will not accept cash. I explained that I had never intended to pay with that card, and expressed as much at time of rental.



At this time the owner turns extremely rude, tells me to "get more money on the card" and since I "don't know Mr. Joe Uhaul", my protest could go somewhere else. Basically, the company owner has no class, is arrogant, and judging by mine and other's experiences, his company lacks any semblance of customer service.



DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! There are plenty of better Uhaul dealers around the area. When I inevitably see the lot up for rent, our community will have gotten measurably better.
