Let me just tell you how good this place is. My son dropped my laptop it ended up with a broken screen and a damaged hard drive. Gotta love toddlers! Jen and Randy fixed the issue with in 24 hrs. I couldn't of been more thrilled. They also were able to retrieve all of my data and put it back on the system. I will never go anywhere else. I love how I called Jen on a Sunday even though they where closed I was able to get a quote and drop the computer off that day. Outboost really goes the extra mile for their clients.

Diagnostic showed my laptop needed a new fan, technician changed fan AND heat sync, without communicating that latter with me during the diagnostic or at any point thereafter. Unprofessional service, good pricing but no resolution. Just wasted time after an inordinate amount of follow-up on my part--even though I was tole I'd receive calls from them at different stages. I got a refund and my old parts back, not what I was expecting at all...will have to take my machine elsewhere.
