Town Cleaners

I have been using this cleaner company for a long time. As long as everything was ok, they were fine. You understand what kind of service is that only when something goes wrong. I gave them my Theory dress for cleaning and when I picked it up, there was some white powder on the bottom of the dress and when we tried to take this powder off, the dress was discolored underneath. They completely refused to take any responsibility for anything. Unprofessional and pity!
