Funny (not really) how this place accuses anyone who complains about their service of having been "arrested" and alleges that this must be the reason for their complaint. Though they undoubtedly make a killing off their good ol' boy network with the cops, please don't be fooled. They are as rude, obnoxious, & unprofessional as they sound and I would not give them my business nor would I trust them as far as I could spit! Agree w/the other reviewer -- find another shop!

I think the reviewer here is upset because they were arrested in O'fallon and their vehicle was impounded. The reviewer believes that causing trouble should be free. CLETE'S provides a service for law enforcement in the area and does a fine job of it. So please Mr. "bad review", don't be sore because you're a loser and a criminal, just go back to your hole so the rest of us can live in harnony. Thankyou.

The owner of this auto repair shop has a terrible attitude and poor work ethic. He will push and pull you around in order to try to get the most money out of you. There are plenty of other auto repair shops out there that I would strongly advise to use prior to calling this guy. If you value your dollar...I advise not to go to him.
