I have actually used Keith's 3 times and all 3 experiences were great. I moved to KY in Oct of '16. It was about 1:30 in the morning and I missed the turn onto a side street. Me right front was on the ground, my left rear was on the ground. The other 2 were in the air with a U-haul trailer attached. The cops called them for me since I din't know the area. They arrived quickly and managed to get the car back on the ground without any more damage. I too was informed that police calls are $125. The driver cut me a break and charged $100. My next 2 experiences were break downs on the highway. I got the same driver both times. Not only did he arrive quickly he actually remembered where I lived from the last call. Completely different car. These guys take the time to care. I'd recommend them to anyone. Just know up front IF you call the cops instead of them directly it is a bigger charge

I needed a tow because I was stuck in the turning lane of a major intersection when my brakes locked up. They arrived within 15 minutes and had me off the road and safe in no time. The tow driver was professional and got the job done. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

When the police call a towing company that is on the police rotation its at rotation rates which are $125 and $35 per day storage if stored. You should have called a tow truck yourself and not allowed the police to call one... its not my fault they dispatched us to tow your car out. Also if you only paid $100 you got a discount of $25.

This shop is wonderful! Right after my husband deployed I had car trouble. A few people recommended this shop to me so I decided to give them a try.They did everything they could to help me out. They did a great job and would and will recommend them to everybody I know or needs help.

This business doesn't even deserve a rating. He charged me 100.00 to pull my daughter's car out of the ditch at 115 & 911 on 8/5 in Oak Grove, KY, just because the police called him for his services and not us. He even told us that if we had called him it would have only been 40.00. He then had someone call the police on me because I verbally disagreed with the cost, over the phone. His driver also tricked us into following him to the lot to fill out paperwork, once the car was on his lot I had no choice but to pay the 100.00 to get the car back. This guy is a CROOK...don't call him for ANY reason and if he shows up because the police called him DON'T let him touch your car. He's not friendly towards active duty military or members of the Oak Grove FD.
