Oak Lawn Toyota

I have been an Oak Lawn Toyota customer since I purchased my first Camry in 1998. I've had my current Camry since 2006. Although warranties expired on both autos and I live closer to the Orland Park dealership, I still prefer to purchase and bring my car for servicing to Oak Lawn.

I HAD LOOKED ON INTERNET FOR CAR.I CALLED TOYOTA. I WENT THERE AND I MET WITH JOHNNY COLLINS THE CAR WAS RIGHT OUT IN FRONT FOR ME TO SEE. JOHNNY DROVE THE CAR TO MY HOUSE A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY TO SHOW MY HUSBAND. WE WENT BACK TO DEALER AS I WAS GOING TO PAY I REALIZED I HAD LEFT MY PURSE AT HOME. ALL PAPER WORK WAS DONE. JOHNNY MET ME AT MY HOUSE TO GET THE CHECK FOR PURCHASE.

I drive about 20K miles per year and feel very confident with the service performed at Oak Lawn Toyota. They go through their checklist to see that all is working well and make recommendations.

It is always a pleasant experience having my cars serviced at Oak Lawn, and is the main reason why I continue to buy Toyota vehicles.

Bob was very professional in taking care of my purchase . I thought that my trade could have been more and the rate also should have been lower that 6 percent . The two item drove the price up.
