        If I broke down on 17 beside J...

        If I broke down on 17 beside Jim's Car Care, I'd literally push my car to Calabash or Shallotte before I let them put a hand on my car. I spent over $1100 to have my A/C converted, which took several trips over a period of months and it still didn't work. Their main complaint after the conversion was that it's an older car. I contacted NAPA corporate, and all they did was forward my complaint to Jim, which sent me an e-mail. They were wanting to charge an additional $560 to replace more parts, when I went to Transportation Impact in Castle Hayne and had one o-ring replaced and the A/C recharged for $440 less. It's been a year and it still works, showing Transportation Impact had it right and saved me a lot of headache and money.
