        Not concerned about helping people,only interested in the money he can make from each job. A very negative experience with a very negative man. And he went back on his word. He told me he would not charge me for looking at my vehicle and charged me anyway when I went to talk to him in person. He refused to fix my vehicle after he told me he would work with me. Not professional.

        Good Work, Horrible Service

        The work was done right at a fair price, and the mechanic who worked on my car was skilled and very helpful. However the work was completed later than the promised time and the ticket was "Juiced Up" with other items that I had not autorized. When I called the owner to ask about using a debit card over the phone, he insulted me and hung up on me. The next day, when I went to pick the car up, he refused to take the card and kicked me out of the shop until I came back with cash. He was beyond rude, by following me into the parking lot of the strip mall infront of the shop to curse at me. Hardly the Village Garage, he is more like the Village Idiot!! I would never reccomend this shop.

        The work was done right and at a fair price . At The Village Garage Inc those two items always take precedence over delivery and getting paid. That is why I have been in business for almost 8 years .The customer is mad that we fixed his car ,did not ignore several smaller items that were part of the work we were already doing and was very mad that we took the extra time to do it correctly . After getting very angry over the phone about it,he wanted to pay for the repair over the phone , which would not allow me to verify the card holder signature. I did not want to allow this customer to not pay for the work that was done right and at a fair price simply because it took extra time .
