pulled a engine they said if you have any problems just bring it back we will give you a new one which any junk yard would do when I came back to return it because it had bad valves they said they couldn't warranty it

Well they need quite a bit of work in customer service dept!! Theycheck your tool box like your robbing them in and out!! Rude to a point they must not give a dam about what the customer thinks.....the yard is in pretty good shape....should be because they charge you to walk in the dam thing....pretty good selection of cars! 2 stars is pushing it!

They say that they pay top price for cars, that is a lie, they pay less than others places in the area.

I been a mobile mechanic for over 10 yrs and i been using all the local junk yards and i got to say i didnt us to be a fan of this yard but in the last year something must of happen maybe new managment or what ever but it looks like staff is more friendly & helpful . still not to happy about no warranty on must of there items but over all good yard

most dishonest business practices I have ever seen. these guys lie and cheat at every opportunity. there in store credit policy on returned merchandise is a joke because none of there parts are any good. Dont forget to lock your your car in the parking lot.

They have lots of numbers to call, but put you on hold forever!

They overcharge a little, and aren't very forgiving when it comes to bad parts or even refunding the entrance fee if they don't even have your vehicle.They are conveniently located, and have a wide variety of well organized vehicles that are changed frequently (maybe too frequently lol)

I love these guys. The pick and pull is organized and the customer service is great. They helped me find the part I was looking for. I will always go to these guys first for the parts I need

bought parts that did not work. and they charged me a restocking fee. almost more then the part

A very friendly atmosphere - Bylinda was helpful and pleasant. A step above most scrap yards.
