Fred Meyer Jewelers

Horrible on repairs! I bought a $1000 ring and lifetime protection plan. 3 years into it now and have had it go back to the "jeweler" twice. This time it's taken 3 weeks and they still have it sitting in a drawer at their shop saying "oh diamonds are so intricate that they can't find one to match the other 3 in the set of princess cut." I'm fed up and my wife wants her wedding ring back!
