        If I could give a zero I would. Flat tire on Motorhime in Utah. Live in Idaho so contacted good sam & drove 3hrs back to Utah today. Contacted Good Sam, they arranged Jack's tire & oil. Payment for tire and service was required in advance and 5hrs later still waiting. I have tried contacting them, Good Sam has been trying with no response. Jack's Tire has made no effort to communicate with us. Horrible horrible customer service. It is now 8pm, no word and we still have a 3hr drive back to Idaho tonight.
