Motor Fair

I bought a vehicle in February and already have to replace the Transmission. The owner told me that the car was in excellent condition and that the whining noise was not a transmission issue. I haven't even put 200 mile on the vehicle yet. If you plan on buying from OKC motor fair have a mechanic check vehicle first.

These guys are such a joke they will sell you a car with a million miles on it that's no good and they are crooked Crooks in the air at all although he is just money hungry he will cheat you will lie to you will steal from you he charged me $100 to replace a fuse in a car that I was buying from them and it's their car how can you charge me $100 to change a fuse in a car that is yours they are such a joke beware

These folks are great are salesman Rudy along with everyone in the office has gone above and beyond to help us with our purchases....they are friendly and helpful.....best experience I have had at a dealership

Love this business. While I was recovering from an accident my wife and her sister went here. They helped her get a car that was perfect for what we needed. The owner even called a few times to check on us and make sure we were happy with the car.

This is an exceptional business. The owner helped me find a car that would fit my needs and gave me a great price. I am a very happy customer and would recommend this business to anyone. The owner went on his own and put new brakes on the car before I picked it up. I didn't know until I went to get it that he did this for me without adding any extra to the price. I'd like to remind people that those who are unhappy usually write reviews. If you are not going to uphold your end of the bargain please don't go here. This man, like most of us, has a family to feed and put through school. I would send any of my friends and family to this business. The owner went above and beyond for me and my family. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This place is great if you feel like getting ripped off. I purchased a vehicle from them and at the time my wife was working there. They told me the only way they would sell me a vehicle is if her name was nowhere on the paperwork. kool. Then they started harrassing her everyday asking for my payment which is up to date. then they accused her of entering the payment and writing a receipt when she had nothing to do with that part of the business and no access to it. Blanca who took all my payments and entered them and initialed the receipts stated that she ever saw me come in and make payments. this went on and on. I do have bank statements showing where they made the withdraws to cover payment. Then they said the wife was nothing but a terrorist and was out to ruin them. Come on really. They still deny I ever made even one payment and are threatening to sue my wife for terrosist acts. Heck she could not even terrorize a kitten much less an individual. I have also learned all their employees are illegals who whenever there is an investigation conveniently are not around and work under different names.

This place had the worst customer service ive ever had. They give you the run around. 100% shady business.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE THERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT! BLANCA WAS VERY NICE! THEY HAD AN AWSOME SELECTIONS OF CARS TO CHOOSE FROM! I HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE THEY TREATED ME LIIKE FAMILY THERE!

We have great experience here at motor fair! We get good customer service, and we have a nice car.
