Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer! The owner or GM Patrick is completely shady! My fiance and i worked with Charles who seemed nice enough. We had done our homework and though we had found a decent deal. Went for a test drive and there was obviously something wrong with the frond end of the vehicle. I thought it was the struts. We told him the issue with the vehicle and Charles offered to have their auto repair guy fux what was wrong with the vehicle. He wrote up the paperwork with our agreed upon price and wrote down that he agreed to fix what was wrong with the vehicle. I had to leave to take care of my kids and Charles and my fiance finished up the financing. That night i went through the paperwork and there was nothing there about the agreed upon repair work. From then on we got nothing but the run around!! It turns out 3 of 4 engine mounts were completely worn away! Even though they said the had performed a full inspection of the vehicle. Very shady company that will rip you off and then laugh in your face. Stay away.

Daniel was great to work with, he made sure I got the best deal possible. I haven't bought a car in a long time and was nervous to do so, but I felt very comfortable in the process and the end result. I had to have my 3 kids at the dealership while finishing the deal, the entire staff was wonderful to them, and very welcoming. DRIVING AWAY HAPPY!

I just purchased a 2000 Chevy Venture from Midwest Auto Group and the sales person Charles Carter was fabulous and very helpful throughout the whole process. The whole experience was surprisingly user friendly. They even cleaned out the car at no cost to me which was a little bonus. Thanks Charles!!!

I went to the dealership wit...

I went to the dealership with hesitation due to others telling me they had a bad reputation. I looked at a vehicle and was helped very quickly by a sales man. I never got to see any numbers for price or trade in, I was simply told to sign and the vehicle would be mine but when I told them to hold off the acted as if I was the bad person for wasting their time. I was even emailed by the owner for "wasting" their time. Here is the email the owner sent me.



"THANKS FOR EMAIL WE SOLD CAR TODAY YOUR OFFER WAS SEVERELY UNREASONABLE AND YOUR TRADE MARGINABLE AT 500, SUPER CHARGED JAGS ARE VERY FEW, NONE IN KC PERIOD, THANKS FOR WASTING OUR TIME! IF ALL CUSTOMERS WERE OUT OF TOUCH WITH PRICING AS YOU ARE, NO BANKS OR DEALERS WOULD BE IN BUSINESS, EDUCATE YOURSELF AT NADA.COM FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT AND RESPECT THE TIME OF OTHERS IT IS VALUEABLE IN THE BUSINESS WORLD! AGAIN THE ONLY THING PREVENTING YOU FROM BUYING THE JAG WAS YOURSELF AND YOUR PRICING IGNORANCE."



Not a very smart email on the "owners" part.



My advice to anyone is to stay away from this dealership. Some of the employees are nice but the owner is TRASH!!!!!!
