On Thursday, 3/30/17, I went to Olathe Ford Collision Center about an hour before closing to get an estimate for minor damage to the front underside of my car. Mark Hardman, Body Shop Manager, pleasantly greeted me and quickly performed the estimate. He shared the results (less than $100.00) with me and showed me the damage in his shop. He then personally installed some screws and repaired the damage and did NOT charge me anything. He is a great guy and his shop has done excellent work for me on other cars. If you need an excellent body shop—go to Olathe Ford Collision Center

Very poor work, and customer service. They do not stand behind their work, nor do they respond to messages or email. Would defiantly look somewhere else.

I had a great experience at Olathe Ford's body shop. I can't see any sign of the repair and my car looks brand new again. I recommend them without reservation!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I'd give 0 stars if I could! Like the previous comment below, I was quoted 2 weeks...it took nearly 7! Due to them taking their sweet-ol-time, I had to pay an additional $300 for the rental car because the insurance company will only cover so much. John Long was who took my case, was HORRIBLE with communication. I had to call to find anything out, it took him multiple days to respond to an email even though he said that was the best way to communicate with him. They scratched and dented my aftermarket exhaust system and then tried to put a factory one on it. Lied multiple times about when it would be done or what was actually going on in the repair process and about calling me and leaving messages when I have no missed calls or messages. My tire pressure sensor now doesn't work since picking it up from there. They pulled everything out of my glove box and some stuff out of my center console and set it on my front seat along with some random person's invoice when I picked it up. When I went to pick it up, I had to wait for over an hour and a half while they supposedly "detailed" the car... it looked like they just wiped it down with a rag, there were water spots all over and streaks on the glass. There was no attempt to make the situation better and no apology until I was picking up the car and it was a "sorry it took so long" with obviously no care that they've taken so long. I was actually told that , "We both know this is taking way longer than it should" and John even mocked me when I went to pick up the car putting a scowl on his face and saying that "I'm mad, I just want my car back" while swinging his arms back and forth like a child!! Blew me away!!! WORST customer service ever! I wouldn't DEFINITELY wouldn't recommend JOHN LONG to ANYONE, let alone the actual body shop, and I'm going to make sure my insurance company won't either!

Terrible... I would never recommend this place to anyone. They had my Ford Escape for nearly 7 weeks, and could never give me close to an accurate timeline of when my vehicle would be done. Their initial timeline was 2 weeks, so my rental car coverage was fine to that but, but then it went to 7 weeks and I was out of pocket for all of those rental car expenses. My car was on the edge of being fully totaled and they "needed the work" according to Mitch the guy in charge of my repair. They low balled the initial estimate to get the work and then nickle and dimed my insurance company well beyond the total value of my car. Mitch was absolutely terrible at communicating what was going on with my car, I always had to call and ask. I was told a date it would be done about 5 different times and was never informed that it wouldn't be ready. To make things worse, once I finally received the car back there were a myriad of problems with it, including randomly dying while I was driving 45mph down Metcalf in rush hour. It was a miracle I didn't get in another wreck because of it. Because of this Farmer Insurance has also noted that they would not be recommending this repair shop to any of their customers either.

I went in to buy a car with all the bells and whistles, but buying that car would have taken every cent I make. But between the salesman, sales manager and finance man, they helped me find a great car within my price range. They gave me several options, and were never pushy. Thanks to them I'm driving a 2011 Focus that fits into my budget. Thanks!

These folks did a great job repairing my windshield and the hail damage to my poor Focus. Getting the estimate was fast and easy and when State Farm was trying to short change the work, Olathe Ford jumped in to make sure it was completely repaired.

We took our Honda there after the door was damaged in a parking lot. The service was fast and high quality. The communication was the best.

I do not feel I got the service I expected & deserved @ Olathe Ford Collision Center. The workmanship was not the issue. It could have been if I wanted perfection, but my main disappointment was in the management. Unacceptable. I would not recommend this body shop.

The manager was rude & it took way too long to repair my vehicle. I had problems with it even after it was "repaired" & I will never go back!

I had my Toyota Tacoma worked on at Olathe Ford Body Shop and am so pleased with their work! I would recommend this body shop to anyone, even non Ford owners!
