I took my daughter to this location because of a sore throat. The APN took her vitals, performed an exam and did a throat culture. The rapid test was negative so she told me to give her 4 junior strength advil every 6-8 hours. She handed me the print out and as I was reviewing it at home. I noticed that her weight was incorrect, actually 30 pounds heavier. Therefore, her medication dose was incorrect as well. had I not been thorough I would have overdosed my daughter, possibly affecting her kidneys with the two times greater than normal dose of medication. I called customer service several times and waited to talk to someone for up to 20 minutes. I was called back by the manager of the NJ area to be told it was a "click" error and these things happen. I am in the medical field so I know to check everything, but what about someone is not. Needless to say, we will not be going back there! I was astonished by the lack of apology and remorse for the situation. Poor!

Horrible customer service!! The wait times are usually quite long, but today was ridiculous. I arrived at 9:30 am, knowing they would be closing early for the holiday. The nurse said that she would be taking patients until 2. I waited patiently until 11:40 am, at which point I was the only one left to see. The nurse then (literally) locked herself in the clinic for 10 minutes. Another customer noticed and went to see what was going on, as it was well before closing time. The nurse said she would not be taking any more patients at all. I waited over 2 hours to be completely ignored, while obviously sick and in need of attention. She did not even have the courtesy to tell me herself, despite knowing I was there waiting. I ended up in the emergency room today instead (where I was seen, treated, and prescribed medication in less than 2 hours) I will not be visiting this clinic again. I'm used to the 2 hour wait time, but the rudeness and disrespect I experienced today was just too much.

Sorry, but had this clinic told me they do not prescribe for 7 to 14 days after your visit only if symptoms persist, then I would have waited till Monday to see my regular physician instead of paying $20.00 to tell me I had a cold. Lo and behold not a cold a sinus infections and incorrect info taken on me by the person in charge. Had to go to my regular MD on Monday who saw past a cold and recognized sinus infection. Never again be aware of this practice if you are looking for relief.
