Insta-Lube

Originally I was going to leave a 2 star review before the problems started. The guy at the desk was very RUDE and it was the most expensive oil change I've ever got and they didnt do any check overs. Then....

About 8 hours later my truck motor became very noisy. It turns out that they overtighten the oil filter cover and cracked it. (Another mechanic verified it was over tightened) 6.5 qts of oil sprayed out all over the truck and stained our driveway badly.

I understand that mistakes happen. When I called to talk to the owner we EXTREMELY rude. They are not willing to take any responsibility for it. All I was asking for was the money it costed me to fix and tow. Then he told me that he is going to leave my company bad reviews when my construction business 1000 miles away had nothing to do with what happened to my truck. Even if he paid the out of pocket it costed me. I still have permanent damage to my motor. It now burns oil, 2mpg worse and makes a knocking sound at idle.

As you can see in the other reviews. The owner is a extremely ornery man and I suggest you to never go near is buisness.
