Don't go to this store unless you want to receive horrible customer service. The people in the print shop have no idea what they are doing. You can never find anyone on the sales floor to help. They seem to spend more time talking to each other and the store manager. The cashiers were nice. I had a problem with my printing and the store manager was called over. Erica was very rude to me and more or less told me "too bad", she would not take any action to resolve my situation. I walked out of there and I will never go back. It's really sad. I was a customer there for many years. From what I understand the lady store manager came in and fired all the good people who worked there before. Bad idea.

of their CopyMax store for photocopies and professional printing. I used to go to Kinko's until they required you to insert a debit card into their copy machines. Baloney! CopyMax is handy, convenient, and easy to use. I've used their fax services often. Pleasant staff.
