This place will not provide good long term service. I have a college kid who goes to school in another state. He ran out of contacts just before summer break. They refused to authorized an extra set of lenses for the month until he can get home for an office visit. AND They refused to send his prescription to his new doctor in New Hampshire! Terrible service from the office staff. My family will not be going back.

information, tom1971, about the store accepting competitors' ads. I'll pay more close attention to that store now. It isn't the most conveniently located for me, but I like the layout and selection.
