Since 1992, owner Scott Hubbard and Debbi S. have been serving The Mailroom customers with a smile and a helpful attitude. We see many of our customers and their children on a daily or weekly basis so we're on a first-name basis. They've become friends. It's these personal relationships that make our work fun, interesting and worth going the extra mile for. When you mail or ship your items with us, you have ONE point of contact. If anything should delay your package, all you need to do is call us and we'll take it from there. No need to call an 800 number. We have inside contacts with all of our shipping services so it's much easier for us to investigate any mishaps. When you ship with us, your recipients' names and addresses are entered into our database (for barcode labeling). This make your future shipments to your recipients a breeze (and speedy) because we already have their mailing information. Our customers LOVE this benefit. Fast service: You'll receive a price for your shipping and packing immediately so you can get on with your day. We'll package your items (or tape up your boxes) and generate a barcoded shipping label after you've left for the fastest service possible. Document shredding: Bring in your documents - we'll get them shredded. Notary Public service: On-staff notaries are always available. You'll need to have a photo I.D. Be sure not to sign your document(s) until you're in front of our Notary.
