All items always show in stock until you purchase them. They will ship everything they have, and put the others on back order. Expect to wait 1-6 months for these items - while the website still shows them in stock. I purchased both Fragrance Oils and Flavor Oils back in January and still have not received them to date. Communication is extremely poor. Avoid the headache, avoid purchasing from this company all together.

They operate in different names. one is Newport flavours & flragrance and Nature's Flavors.com They are not really organized, so they have no capacity of checking their inventory when you order. Also they don't update you when they have some problems with your order. Sometimes they don't even bother to e-mail you back on inquiries. I gave them a second chance after a couple of weeks wait because they promised the shipment within a week, but when finally called them after ignored e-mail inquiries, the answer was that they still hadn't got the tea in stock yet. Don't order your tea from here unless you are absolutely sure that they have the tea in stock.
