Steve's Auto Repair

I am writing this review because I was the victim of theft. My car was in this shop for 3 months. The motor was suppose to be replaced. I paid $1000 for a job that was never done. I was told it was and the owner could never have my car ready for pick up. I had to have my car towed out of this shop to another mechanic. The new mechanic advised me that the motor was never replaced, that it was the original motor. I had to pay this new mechanic $600 to get my car back on the road. I have been corresponding to get a refund of the $1000 from the first mechanic but it has continually been one lie after another. I still have not recovered the money. I am now reporting to BBB and beginning the process of taking him to court.
